The Community Council is a body consisting of local residents, who meet on a monthly basis to discuss and progress issues affecting the local community, and represent the views and concerns of the Balfron residents to Stirling Council and other relevant groups.
There are two Community Council notice boards in the village – one outside Doyle’s café, and the other by the car park at the Co-Op. On these notice boards you’ll find the Minutes of the last meeting; the date, location and agenda for the next meeting; and other information affecting the community. Minutes and other correspondence are also available in Balfron Library.
